Deep Time is a groundbreaking art and paleontology exhibition opening in September 2024 at the Nevada Museum of Art, internationally renowned for its Center for Art + Environment.

The show explores the rise and fall of ichthyosaurs, marine reptiles that lived 250 million years ago, through a unique blend of paleontology, art, sculpture, and media design. It illuminates how understanding the prehistoric past and evolutionary change can help us anticipate our future. Visitors are taken on a journey from the Nevada desert to the depths of the ocean and far back into our planet's prehistoric past.
The exhibition is co-curated by world-renowned paleontologist Dr. Martin Sander and the Museum's Chief Curator Ann M. Wolfe. The exhibition is designed by hafermaas°creative in a holistic approach that integrates interior design, interactive media design, and visual identity design.
